Goodness!

The year started off really low key. Not being able to go to my friend Jason's place nor was I able to go out with Adrienne to some bar she went to for the celebration. I ended up in the basement watching "Win a date with Tad Hamilton" with Chanelle and drinking some sparkling cider when the clock struck 12. January 1st. It's funny to think that many other parts of the world had celebrated the first day of the year before I have. But then again, New Year's is really overrated and there is no good reason why clubs or bars who at any other given time would charge only $5 if any to cross its threshold. It totally irks me how the supply and demand thing happens. Ah, capitalism....

The first day, well week back to work was a little painful. I so needed more sleep and waking up at 5:30 while sleeping at midnight didn't quite helped the struggle to head to work. Not that I didn't like work. I actually do. My body only is sending me signs that sleep is needed. Though writing this blog isn't helping either. I should go to bed. Sleep.

I guess this entry is just dumb. Oh well. . .

Before I go though...just a note: I learned how to play Collide by Howie Day; I'm trying to learn Jason Mraz's song No Doubling Back, Jack Johnson's The News, and Howie Day's She Says. That's not too bad. I just realized since I suck at strumming, I should at least work on it.

Nitey nite!
