I finally broke down and bought my very own iPod. I'm ecstatic. Seriously, when my friend Matt said that it's an experience to get it, he wasn't joking. I was like a little kid who had Santa come about a week too early and just giddy with joy.
On my fingertips is power
The movement so smooth
To scroll about and search
For musical groove
So sleek it is you are flawless
Unless your hard drive crashes
Then your music gone
And toil once more and rip music 'til dawn
Oh you savior of my workout blues
The much needed rhythm
Than those played at my gym
Now you stream inspirational hymn
From Bjork to Counting Crows
To John Mayer and Mraz
and Death Cab for Cutie
or Fitzgerald Blues
From BB our King and Clapton too
There's no stopping us from listening
to poppy tunes too
Like Aguilera, and Timberlake
There's no shame in that
plug in some Eminem and Black Eyed Peas to bat
So on and on at least 2000 strong
No stopping me from playing
Playing whatever song
Hurray to iPod!
