I PASSED MY ITIL CERTIFICATION!! WHEE HOO!
Many of you probably think I've lost my mind and are wondering what I'm talking about. Lets just put it this way, if I failed --there is that possibility that I'd be looking for another job soon. Since I passed (and passed it with flying colors!) I need not worry about that possibility ... and so I move on.
It's a new moon today
Nothing to see but darkness
As I search for you in these cold dark days
Pitch black is what I find
I wander around aimlessly
No rhyme or reason can't you see
I have lost my love and here I am
As dark as the new moon today
I look high above and the moon smiles
The crescent moon arise
It casts some light to my path tonight
As I reach beyond the comfort of my fright
And more and more the moon shines bright
It casts off light, the waxing gibbous moon affright
The shadows play while the wind blows
Knowing soon, the monsters would roam
While the fantasy world arise from slumber
Monsters of every imagination creep into sight
I lose hope to see my love
As the moon shines bright high above the night
Because its the Harvest moon tonight
Amidst all the crazy world has to offer
Here I am trying harder and harder
I take the road with all the frightful monsters roam
In pursuit of something beyond here and now
It overshadows fear behind the shadows near
The thought of love looms
Since its the Harvest moon tonight
From the east it emerges
As the waves break and the tides rise
The pull of the moon from deep inside
In search of the love I once had in sight
Amongst the monsters I roam
Far from the comforts of home
Of goblins and beasts and vampires shown
I cast aside all care for safety in the chance I find my own
The moon wanes now
The peak of the moonrise gone
Crops have been gathered
and the predators moving on
The new moon would soon come
The evening pitch black again
I sit in the quiet of the dark
Patiently waiting for the next cycled night
I sigh outloud admitting defeat
'til the next Harvest moon I'll wait
My love is out there somewhere
And the crescent moon smiles now
A show of mockery perhaps
Maybe it's a smile of promise
That on the next time the moon is full
I shall find my lost love that night
