Friday oh Friday!

Ok, this is getting to be really really annoying. This is the third time that I'm typing something into the blog and something weird happens. Go figure.

Anyhoo...let me start yet again.

So lots of things happened since 22 August. First, I went to Allison's engagement party. Tom hosted the party. His parent's house is really nice. Then the next day, I left for the APPA convention at Cleveland, OH with my boss and Judy Sachwald (director of MDPP), and Ernest Eley (PCS coordinator of MDPP). I was dreading this trip but it turned out to be really nice. The weather was great (except for a few hours of drizzle....but I like those though). We had some good food....great restaurant. The Deputy Secretary of MDPP poked fun at my boss which was really amusing. hehehe! I didn't get to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of fame (what a shame!) since we ran out of time. Although, I was able to set foot in the gift shop. 'Til next time....

I got home around 9ish Tuesday, 26th. I dilly dallied since I was soo tired. Talked to my friends on the phone and continued to procrastinated unto about 12:30ish and then decided to just grab clothes and stick it into the suitcase hoping that all I need would be in there. I went to bed around 1ish. (Thank GOD I didn't leave anything I needed...like undies. ahhahaha!)

Anyway, I had tons of fun at Breezy Point resort. I went fishing for the first time at Rainier's teacher's vacation home near Breezy Point. I caught a number of sunnies and threw them back into the water...I felt bad. I wonder if it hurts them. ouch! Anyhoo...after that, we went on a pontoon (sp?) ride and then went 4-wheeling. It was great. I did tons of shopping there (as usual) when we stopped by the outlets. Oh, and before that, we went to the dinner/dance for the doctors after their conference. The theme was Barrio Fiesta. So everyone (well most of them) were in their Filipino garbs. The boys sang haranas (serenades).....so Rainier fell asleep and then covered his ears mid sleep because the men were mad off tune. hahahahah! Then some officers danced various Filipino dances. It was great and lots of fun.

I think that's it....
